Now that frontman Kirk Windstein left Down, he’s more than ready to focus 100% on Crowbar, whose last album, “Sever The Wicked Hand”, was released in early 2011. Its successor is finally in the making, as the New Orleans finest sludge band has entered the OCD Recording Studio with engineer Duane Simoneaux and Zeuss in charge of the mixing. This album, the band’s 10th, is the first to feature bass player Jeff Golden and it’s expected to hit the stores somewhere in 2014.
